I wanted to quickly inform you all about some changes to the Spring 2018 term.
On Feb 25th 2018, we met for our eleventh Foundations session. Originally, we had intended to examine not only the power and pain of the Crucifixion, but also how Jesus procured our salvation through his death. However, we didn't get through six pages of notes before God moved powerfully in the room - forcing us to stop with worship and thanksgiving. (You can read more here.) This was God who did this - and we're grateful for his interruption!
In response, we'll now be doing some shuffling of topics. It'll look something like this:
Kindly note two changes: first, there's now no Heritage session - these evidently weren't scratching where people were itching, and so I'll go back to the drawing boards to see how to make them work; and second, we'll no longer be devoting a session to apologetics as previously planned. We'll look to include some of this material during our time together on March 25h.
Hopefully this all makes sense. Please do feel free to get in touch with any questions.
