We had our first Heritage session last night - looking at C.S. Lewis' On the Reading of Old Books.
We learned why it's important to let the "clean sea breeze of the centuries" expose our own blindspots. Not because of some misplaced nostalgia, but because death does not get to define the Church.
Given how much the Heritage sessions rely on discussion, the notes for these sessions will inevitably be a bit less detailed than for our other times together. Nevertheless, find two things attached below:
