Following on from my last TTS update, I'm pleased to report that my surgery was a complete success and I'm now recovering at home!
We were so blessed by all those who said they were praying for us, and by those who so generously gifted us with food. The doctors and nurses were amazing. One of my first memories (after waking up from the general anaesthetic) was getting to know my recovery nurse, a refugee persecuted Christian from Iraq. Isn't God's providence amazing, that he would place her on the same path in that precise moment?
Anyway, I'm recovering very well, and improving a little more each day. We see no reason why the current schedule for March shouldn't be possible:
We'll then return after Easter on Sun 14th Apr, for our eleventh Foundations session. We'll also shortly be announcing (God willing!) midweek Foundations sessions, now scheduled for April, for those who find Sunday evenings difficult. As for the TTS Scripture session scheduled for Sun 17th March, expect to hear more about this very soon! We're excited to tell you more.
Many thanks again to all those who prayed for us, to those who have visited me as I've convalesced, and to my wife and parents for being so amazing throughout the entire process. God is good!
